Disables all automatic updates (core, plugins, themes, translations) and restricts update visibility & access to admin account(s) chosen under Settings > Update Control. Only selected admins can install plugins and manage plugin lifecycle. Includes an "Ignore Updates" snooze scheduler allowing administrators to temporarily snooze update notifications for 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, or a custom date via a calendar picker. Features granular update controls to block updates for specific plugins and specific themes. Plugin File Editor access is blocked for non-allowed users. All other users — including other administrators not on the list — won't see update nags, counts, or the Updates screen, and can't trigger updates.
