If you JUST need to change ALT, this is a good simple plugin that adds an editable ALT tag to the Media Library image list. Edit and upon field exit, saves. No need of an additional click.

El plugin funciona muy bien pero para imágenes que no hayan sido utilizadas todavía. Si estás asignando una etiqueta ALT a una imagen que ya tienes en un post, esa imagen seguirá con el atributo ALT vacío. Hay que volver a adjuntar la imagen.

Tiny little plugin that will save you a ton of time if you are tagging all your images (like you should be per HTML specification, for user accessibility and for SEO).
