Manage icons and templates for support integration. Plugin helps administrators and web/blog developers manage and distribute support icons, stickers, logos, and promotions anywhere on the page through easy drag-and-drop functionality.

Minimum Requirements

  • PHP 7.4 or greater is required (PHP 8.0 or greater is recommended)
  • MySQL 5.6 or greater, OR MariaDB version 10.1 or greater, is required
  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/poly-support directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress. Then, in the display section for plugins, themes, categories, tags, etc., you will see a pin button next to its name.
  3. Use the Settings->Poly Support screen to configure the plugin.
