Activate plugin for including jQuery and CSS for bValidator
For using bValidator within form,
Add validations using attribute 'data-bvalidator' to input fileds within form.
Assign id to form , example : <form id="myform">
Then use shortcode [binitform] along with form id.
Example : [binitform formid="myform"]
