How do I embed a WhatsApp button in a page or post?: Default [bpxl_whatsapp] shows the strip card (green accent, avatar or WhatsApp circle, name, phone). Use id="919999999999" (digits only, matches the account phone) or agent="1" (0-based list order). phone="..." works like id. Add layout="icon" for icon-only; layout="meta" for name, title, and greeting block. agents="all" lists every account. In prefilled messages you can use {page_title}, {page_url}, {product_name}, {price}, {product_url}, {site_title}, {shop_url}, {site_url}. Optional class="my-class" on the wrapper.
How do I reset all settings and start fresh?: Deactivate the plugin, then Delete it from the Plugins screen. WordPress runs uninstall.php, which removes all plugin options and the bpxl_manage_whatsapp capability from roles. Upload and activate the plugin again to get a clean install (defaults only until you save new settings).
