Manual Installation

Upload the entire /debug-bar-cache-lookup directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate Debug Bar Cache Lookup through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
When you activate the Debug Bar plugin, 'Cache Lookup' will be added to debug menu.
