- Upload the files to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
- Go to settings section and add your Account ID from Vivocha (If you have not the Account ID, please SignUp on Vivocha Web Site
- Start Engage your Customer Online!
