Copy or convert terms between taxonomies. Taxonomies include categories, tags and any other custom taxonomies that may be present with your active theme and plugins. Used to move custom taxonomy terms from old "Simple Taxonomy"- taxonomies to new "Custom Post Type UI"-taxonomies. Hierarchichal taxonomies child terms become top-level terms in the new taxonomy.
