Paid plans raise those limits and add live WooCommerce order and stock lookup, a custom launcher icon and themes, and hiding the "Powered by" line. Every limit is enforced in your Techvea account, not by this plugin: there is nothing in this plugin's code that is disabled or restricted. #### What this plugin adds to WordPress * A one-screen setup with a step-by-step "get live" guide and a **Test connection** button that tells you if your Widget ID works. * **Recognise logged-in customers** (optional, off by default): greets them properly and saves their name and email with the conversation. * **Tell the bot which product a visitor is viewing** (optional, WooCommerce): so "is this in stock?" gets a direct answer. Carts are never shared. * **Hide the bot on chosen pages** such as checkout or your account area. * A **[techvea_chat_button]** shortcode for a "Chat with us" button anywhere on your site. #### Why bring your own AI key? Techvea never marks up your AI usage. You connect your own Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic key and pay that provider directly, at their rates. Techvea's fee (free tier or paid plan) never changes based on how much the bot is used: no per-conversation markup, no surprise usage bill during a sales spike. #### External services This plugin is an interface to the Techvea platform, a third-party service (free and paid tiers). It does not work without a Techvea account. Saving a Widget ID enables the requests below; nothing is sent before that. The requests are made from the visitor's browser, not your server. **Techvea (techvea.com)** — hosts the chatbot widget, its settings and the conversation inbox. * Loads the widget script from `https://techvea.com/widget.js` (or the API base URL you set in Settings) and fetches the bot's branding and configuration from` https://techvea.com/api/config/{widget_id}`. Install and activate the plugin. A new "Support Bot" menu appears in your wp-admin sidebar. 2. Create a free (or paid) account at techvea.com, create a Support Bot, and copy its Widget ID. 3. Open Support Bot, then Get started, and paste the Widget ID. 4. Save.
