/pwd-theme-switcher/to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
- In admin bar, change your theme

Very simple but useful
Please be aware, not all themes enable WP Toolbar. May be you can use your menu as floating widget
