- Upload
jetpack-only-for-admins.phpto the/wp-content/plugins/jetpack-only-for-admins/directory - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
- That's it, you're done!

New version could be made which adds options under Settings in admin dashboard, where you could select which role
