 3. Activate 'Fable Extra' from your Plugins page.

 2. Upload the 'fable-extra' directory to your '/wp-content/plugins/' directory, using
    your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc…)
 3. Activate 'Fable Extra' from your Plugins page.
