- Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
- Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress
- Configure the plugin on Appearance -> EL Preloader

Great plugin! WORKS PERFECT!! Easy to use and very lightweigt!
The only thing I would add is the option to show the preloader only X times per day to the same customer.
